Alibaba has the right to reject any application, in which the goods in the shopping center will be sent within five (5) days after the return request is sent.



1.3 Your refund and refund request will be decided by Alibaba at its own discretion after reviewing your completed refund/refund request and checking the return status of the shopping center. Buyers of the shopping center acknowledge and agree that Alibaba's decision is final, final and binding, and promise and agree that they will not file a lawsuit against Alibaba or its subsidiaries or confirm any claims for this decision. Items returned to Alibaba in the shopping center must meet at least the following conditions:



New and unsealed state;

Goods that are perishable or may be degraded or quickly expired, such as groceries;

If any items in the shopping center are excluded from the refund and return policy mentioned in Alibaba's Terms of Service, Alibaba will make reasonable efforts to publish the information on our website or notify the buyers of the shopping center; However, please note that our policy may be changed at any time without notice, and some goods in the shopping center may be excluded after being purchased by the buyers in the shopping center. Anything in the shopping center that is exempt from the refund and refund policy mentioned in Alibaba's terms of service is called "duty-free goods".



1.5 Alibaba has the right to (a) add or modify the list of excluded goods and/or return conditions at any time at its own discretion, and (b) modify, terminate or suspend the refund and return policy (including the free return period) described in this Alibaba Terms of Service.
