Refund and refund policy
1. Request for return/full refund
According to this refund and refund policy and the terms and conditions in the Terms of Service, the Buyer may request to return its products before the warranty period stipulated in Alibaba's Terms of Service ("Sales and/or Refund") expires.
Alibaba guarantee is a service provided by Alibaba as required to help users deal with some conflicts that may occur during the transaction. Users can talk privately to resolve their differences, or contact their local authorities to help them resolve any disputes before, during or after using Alibaba Guarantee.
2. Request to return items
The buyer can only ask for a refund and/or return the goods under the following circumstances:
The buyer has not received the goods;
Goods that are defective and/or damaged at the time of delivery;
The seller does not meet the agreed specifications (for example, wrong size, color, etc.). V.) for the buyer;
The materials delivered to the buyer are obviously different from those described by the seller in the list of items; Or. .
Through private agreements with sellers, sellers must send their confirmations to Alibaba to confirm these agreements.
The buyer's request must be sent through Alibaba's mobile app.
Ten (10) days after the return request.
If the buyer brings legal proceedingsagainst the seller, the buyer can send a formal notice to the corresponding institution of Alibaba, requiring Alibaba to continue to hold the funds until a formal ruling is made. Alibaba will decide for itself whether it is necessary to keep the money.
Rights of preferred stock sellers
If you are a favorite salesperson, you have received a separate written notice from Alibaba about choosing to join Alibaba's favorite sales plan. If you decide not to participate in Alibaba's preferred sales plan at any time, please inform Alibaba in writing. Otherwise, you will be deemed to choose to continue to participate in Alibaba's preferred seller program and agree to the terms and conditions stipulated in this refund and refund policy. Alibaba can suspend or delete any seller in Alibaba's favorite seller program at any time.
Alibaba's decision to authorize refund or return of goods according to Article 2 above will be binding on the properly selected seller. The preferred seller agrees to abide by and take all necessary measures to implement the refund or refund request approved by Alibaba.
For any refund or refund request approved by Alibaba, Alibaba will notify the selected seller by e-mail ("e-mail notification") and arrange the return at the relevant address provided by the relevant selected seller to Alibaba in writing to complete the refund and refund process, provided that the address is located in the country where the goods are sold on the website ("local address"). If the selected seller fails to provide the local address of the returned item within a reasonable time (determined by Alibaba), or refuses to accept the delivery of the returned item, Alibaba reserves the right to dispose of the item in a way that Alibaba deems appropriate, and the selected seller will be deemed to have waived all rights to the item. The preferred seller must notify Alibaba within seven (7) days after receiving the email notification, or within the notification period if the preferred seller does not receive the return. Failure to notify Alibaba within the notice period will be clear evidence that the goods have been delivered, and will lead the selected seller to accept that the goods have been delivered, and the selected seller agrees not to make any complaints or disputes about any such goods.
Notwithstanding the above provisions, Alibaba may, at its own discretion, allow refund or return the unreturned goods to the selected seller, and the selected seller will be deemed to have waived all rights in the goods.
For any refund or refund rejected by Alibaba, if Alibaba receives the relevant goods, Alibaba will arrange to deliver the goods to the relevant buyer's address mentioned in Section 2 above.
